One essential for leaders responsibility is to align the team towards achieving the vision and goals of the Organization and expected results. When there is alignment of the team people work motivated, the people do not feel that they are giving up their interests and personal projects in favour of the vision and the team objectives and purposes of the Organization, but the shared and committed vision is transformed into an extension of their personal visions, in which the latter grow and strengthen to the extent that crystallizes the vision of the organization. People discover as their personal visions come to life in the vision of the Organization, because they feel that they walking in the same direction. Alignment is a necessary condition so that the energy of the person not to disperse or wasted, but is channeled with focus and productively. When a team is aligned: the majority of people row in the same direction.

There are real synergies and is maximize the competencies of people. Meets a core of people who is committed to pursuing and achieving the vision and implement the strategies. His team understands where you as a leader wants to go and they want to accompany him. They take over and are responsible for vision. Emerges a common direction and energies are harmonized.
